Sarah-Jane Mee

Sarah-Jane Mee is a broadcaster and news anchor, best known for The Sarah-Jane Mee Show on Sky News. She became the first female lead anchor of Sky News’ breakfast programme Sunrise, before taking over the afternoon slot in 2019 when the show was rebranded as The Sarah-Jane Mee Show, airing Monday–Thursday from 2pm–5pm.

In 2023, Sarah-Jane launched The UK Tonight with Sarah-Jane Mee, a Sky News programme featuring in-depth interviews, original journalism, debate, and insight, highlighting the most pressing topics in UK news. Alongside her television work, she is a familiar voice on BBC Radio 5Live, regularly covering breakfast and weekday shows.

Sarah-Jane has extensive experience in sports presenting, having hosted Sky Sports’ flagship Premier League Show Saturday Night Football each weekend and served as the solo presenter of extended highlights on SNF: Match Choice.

A popular live event host, she has led awards ceremonies including the Inspirational Women Awards, sports events such as the Boodles Tennis tournament, and numerous dinner and Q&A sessions for organisations including Google, Amnesty International, the League Managers’ Association (LMA), and Chance to Shine charity.
