Marcus has released ten cookbooks, including his most recent ‘Marcus’s France’ released in November 2024 which follows his life through French Food.
In 2021, Marcus entered a partnership with leading foodservice and support services company, Compass Group UK & Ireland, through the ‘Forward with Marcus Wareing’ culinary programme.
Marcus has worked with major brands and is an ambassador for Circulon UK and P&G Professionals.
