Ryan Thomas is Manchester born Actor and Presenter.
Ryan made his on-screen debut as Jason Grimshaw in Coronation Street at the age 16, followed by taking up a starring role as Rafael Humphreys in Neighbours.
Ryan has a rich TV portfolio, including being crowned the winner of ITV’s 2024 ‘Dancing on Ice’.
Previously, Ryan has put his fitness to the test as part of ITV One’s The Games where he finished in second place and on the Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls. In August 2018, Ryan took part in the 22nd series of Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 5, and was subsequently crowned winner of the series.
Ryan and his brother Adam released their brand-new primetime show, 99 To Beat with ITV in March 2025.
Ryan is the co-host of the popular podcast series At Home With the Thomas Bros, along with his brothers Adam and Scott.
Ryan has previously hosted the live competition series with ITV’s This Morning and was a regular guest presenter across Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch in 2023.
In May 2020, along with his two brothers, Adam and Scott, and their late Father Dougie, Ryan starred in a six-part series ITV reality series, Absolutely India: Mancs in Mumbai.
Commercially, Ryan has worked with a host of popular British brands including partnerships with Sky, Cravendale, PG Tips, Moss Bros, Santander and TUI to name but a few.

Ryan is an ambassador for Mental Health charity, CALM. He became the charities biggest single fundraiser following his marathon challenge in 2021.
